Refund & Return Policy

Simple, transparent and customer-focused support for all Varmilo India products.

Returns & Warranty

Returns are governed by the warranty terms applicable to the purchased product. We do not accept returns simply due to a change of mind unless specifically approved by our support team.

If you experience a product quality issue, please contact support@varmiloindia.com. Our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue remotely. If the issue requires further inspection, our technical team may request the product for evaluation.

Exchange Requests
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • The product must remain sealed in its original packaging.
  • No return or exchange will be accepted if the seal is broken.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Original invoice, warranty card, labels, accessories, and packaging must be included.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection and approval.

Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Requirements

For approved returns, Varmilo India will provide the required shipping labels and tax invoice documentation.

  • Print all provided documents.
  • Attach them securely to the outer package.
  • Pack the product safely to prevent transit damage.

Returns without proper documentation may be delayed or refused.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing from your order, please provide a complete uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from opening the package seal until all contents are displayed.

This helps us investigate and resolve claims fairly and efficiently.

Wrong Layout or Version Received

If you receive a different keyboard layout, switch type, or product version than ordered:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear product photographs.
  • Include your order number and shipping label details.
  • Email all information to support@varmiloindia.com.
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Customers who no longer wish to keep a shipped product must return it according to this policy at their own expense.

Products with broken seals are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned product has been received.
  • The product passes inspection.
  • All accessories and original packaging are included.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider.
  • Allow additional processing time.
